Congratulations to the St Elmo FFA Land Use Team for finishing 1st Place Overall at the Section 19 Land Use CDE! Lowell Wilhour finished 1st Place Overall Individually with a score of 387. Lane Stine finished 2nd Place Overall with a score of 385. Wade Stine finished 3rd Place Overall with a score of 376. Calvin Voelker tied for 5th Place Overall with a score of 342. Cami Haslett finished 7th Place Overall with a score of 338. Dayana Haslett finished 11th Place Overall with a score of 314. Jack Wilhour finished 15th Place Overall with a score of 307. The team will now advance to the state level competition on Wednesday, October 16th at Rend Lake College.

St Elmo FFA attended the Section 19 FFA Leadership Training School at Greenville High School and held the Illinois State FFA Officer Visit where they focused on the topics of team work, ag literacy, creativity, and communication. The workshops were led by State FFA Treasurer, Emma Dinges and our very own Section 19 FFA Officer Team Members, Peyton Garrard and Wade Stine.



Congratulations to the High School Volleyball Team on winning 1st place over the weekend at the Webber Smackdown! Also, congratulations to Alivia Claycomb and Addie Sasse for being recognized on the All Tournament Team.

The St. Elmo/Brownstown Eagles are the Class 2A Softball Regional Champions after defeating #1 seed Pana by a score of 5-4 on Tuesday, Sept. 17 at Deken Park in St. Elmo.
SEB (13-6) will now play in the Gillespie Class 2A Sectional on Saturday, Sept. 21 at 11:00am vs. Staunton (13-0)

The SEB Jr. High Softball team is playing in the Class 2A St. Elmo Regional Championship Game at Deken Park today at 4:30pm vs. Pana.

Congratulations to the St Elmo FFA Forestry team for their 2nd Place Overall finish at the Section 19 FFA Forestry CDE held at Beaver Dam State Park in Carlinville. The students competed in areas of Tree identification, Map Reading & Interpretation of Legal Descriptions, Tool Identification, Timber Cruising to determine DBH and Height, and a Written Exam. Members of the team included Lane Stine, Trenten Monnet, Gavin Sanders, Wade Stine & Macey Sapp.

The St Elmo FFA Labor Day Parade Float was looking sharp this year!
